End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant

Roas Management ("Licensor") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the MoneyGlitch application ("Software") in accordance with the terms of this End User License Agreement ("Agreement"). This license is for your personal use only and is not for resale or transfer.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Modify or alter the Software in any way
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Rent, lease, or lend the Software
• Transfer your rights under this license
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the Software for any unlawful purpose
• Circumvent any technical protection measures

3. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. You acknowledge that title and ownership, and all rights and interest in the Software remain with Licensor. All rights not specifically granted in this Agreement are reserved by Licensor.

4. In-App Purchases and Billing

If you make in-app purchases or use paid features:

• You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges that you incur
• Payments are processed through the app store platform
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
• Refunds are subject to app store policies
• You are responsible for all associated taxes

5. Earnings Disclaimer

Earnings from MoneyGlitch surveys and games are not guaranteed. The amount you earn depends on your participation, survey availability, game performance, and other factors. MoneyGlitch does not guarantee any minimum earnings or income. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

6. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination of this license, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF REVENUE, DATA, OR USE.

8. No Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

9. Compliance with Laws

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Software. You are responsible for understanding and adhering to all local laws regarding participation in surveys and games, tax obligations related to earnings, and any other legal requirements.
